How does your personalized wedding invitations works?
You simply tell us what you would like on your invitations. We need from you a good quality photo(s) (maximum two) that you send us by email or mail. We can also work with photos, negatives (some conditions applies) or slides. If you have photos of a lesser quality or that it's damaged, we might be able to digitally retouch them. There is an extra fee for that service (contact us). You could also choose a theme such as Memory Lane, Fantasy Island or Medieval.
Can I choose a different color and wording for the award certificate?
Yes, you can. We can also create for you different Award theme such as Best Son, Best Daughter or Best your choice,etc... The sky is the limit, well almost!!
How does your personalized puzzle work?
You simply send us your photo and the text either by email or mail. There no charge to add text on your puzzle, however text is limited to a few words (contact us).
How long before the wedding should I order my invitations?
As a rule of thumb, you should mail your invitations to your guests eight to twelve weeks before the wedding date.. To be sure you will receive your order on time, if possible, send it to us four to six weeks before your mailing date; you will need time to address your invitations. Rush order might be arranged in a shorter time span, (contact us) to discuss the possibilities if your date is near.
What reply date should I write on my Response Cards?
A date three to four weeks before the wedding date is normally sufficient time.
How soon will I receive my order once it has been place?
For all wedding and wedding anniversary invitations, the turnaround time is about 3 weeks to four weeks. For Response Cards, Award Recognition Certificate and Personalized Puzzle, the turnaround time is about one week to two weeks.
I am late ordering my invitations, How fast can I expect to receive an order from you?
Please (contact us) as soon as possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible with what we can do.
Can you handle Rush orders?
Yes, we can but there will be an additional charge of $25.00 for the rush service.

Once the order is ready, how long does it usually take for shipping?
For orders within Canada and the US, delivery time varies anywhere between 2 and 8 business days depending on where you are ordering from.
How are orders shipped?
We use Canada Post to ship our orders. Our orders are normally shipped by Ground Delivery.
How many invitations should I order?
You should order invitations for every couple and single person you are inviting.The usual ratio is 2:1 or about 50-60 invitations if 100 guests are invited.
Are the Response Cards included in the invitations package?
Our invitations package includes: the Invitation, the Outer Envelope, the Response Card and the Response Card Envelope.
Can I order a sample?
You can order a free sample of our Basic Edition of your choice. Please (contact us).
How do I transmit the texts for my invitations?
Once you have place your order for the products, you will receive an email from us concerning the submission of your texts.
Do you send a proof of the texts before having them printed?
Practically always. We are most reluctant to have anything printed that have not been proofed and approved for printing by the customer for text correctness, layout, etc.
How do you send the proof?
By fax, email or mail but we prefer to sent it by email.
Do you have any sample wedding invitation texts?
Yes, we do, click here to view our samples.
What about invitation texts written in other languages?
For the moment, we have texts written in English and French.
Do I have to order the envelopes separately?
Each of our invitation selection includes The Invitation, The Outer envelope, the Response Card and the Response Card Envelope.
What is your company's return policy?
Unfortunately because all of our products are personalized and printed, we can not accept returns. However, if you decide to cancel your order before we print it, we will reimburse you but will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Do you send extra envelopes to allow for mistakes when writing the addresses?
Yes, we do. Depending on the package you order, we will include from 2 to 5 extra envelopes to allow for mistakes.
